Summary: Girls’ Generation have always ruled the school but a new group of transfers, named Super Junior, threaten their role. What are eighteen queen bees suppose to do other than fight it out?
A/N: I don’t really hate SoShi but for the point of this fic, I made them all mean. And in this fic, I use Super Junior’s Gee names from Super Show 2 (list at end of fic in case confused)
“Hey, did you girls hear? There’s a new group of transfers coming in today.”
“I heard they were all pretty and popular at their last school.”
“Yeah but I heard they were all bitches.”
“Like GG? Ooo, that means a huge cat fight. This could be fun.”
“Yeah, come on, let’s got watch the show. They’re bound to be the first ones to meet them.”
“Hey Teukie, look at that crowd. So many people want to meet us. Ooo, this is gonna be fun.”
“Hold on, Hae. Wait until the others get here.”
Yoonhae pouted. “Alright, fine. But you know some of the girls take forever to get ready so they’ll be late.”
Teuktaenggu glanced at her watch. “Oh I doubt that. We’ll give them 10 more minutes then go in.”
At that moment, a car pulled up and several girls spilled out. Three more came walking up together. Teuktaenggu smiled and gave Yoonhae a told-you-so look. “You girls ready?”
Heesica grinned. “Let’s do this. We’re gonna rule the school ‘cause we’re –“
The girls walked through the school gates to the front of the school.
The crowd parted to let them pass. They paused when the crowd opened up at the other end and nine girls came out.
“Hi and welcome to our school. I’m Taeyeon.” A petite girl with just-below-the-shoulder brown hair and bangs smiled at them.
“Jessica.” A girl with octopus styled brown hair and bangs smiled and waved.
“Tiffany.” Another girl with shoulder length wavy brown hair and bangs smiled brightly at them.
“Yoona.” A girl with long wavy brown hair waved and smiled.
“Yuri.” Another girl with long wavy brown hair smiled.
“Sooyoung.” A tall girl with long wavy brown hair and bangs gave a little wave.
“Sunny.” A petite girl with long brown hair and bangs smiled brightly and waved.
“Hyoyeon.” A girl with a side ponytail of wavy brown hair waved.
“Seohyun.” A tall girl with long straight brown hair smiled.
“And we’re Girls’ Generation. We’d be happy to show you around.”
Teuktaenggu smiled apologetically. “Thanks but no thanks. We already have prior arrangements for a tour.”
“Hey, you guys are finally here.” Someone pushed through the crowd and stood between the two groups.
Girls’ Generation stared as Shindong was surrounded by the new transfers.
Sunny stepped out of line and stared and pointed at Shindong. “Him? You have him as your guide?”
“No, there are others.” Shindong smiled and motioned three other guys over. A collective gasp could be heard as Hankyung, Kibum, and Yesung stepped forward.
Heesica smiled and stepped forward to grab the front of Hankyung’s shirt and pull him in for a kiss.
People gasped and stared, surprised one of their resident hotties was blatantly claimed. No one knew he had a girlfriend or that it would be one of the transfers (no way they could doubt him being single now, what with the way he’s kissing her back).
Heechul pulled away and snuggled close to Hankyung’s side.
“Alright, Teuktaenggu noona, Heesica noona, and Kangpani noona will go with Hankyung hyung and Yesung hyung.”
Heesica had a possessive grasp on Hankyung’s arm. “I’m going with Hannie. You girls can go with Yesung-ssi.”
“Uh no. You’re coming with us. No making out with Hankyung at school.”
Heesica frowned. “Fine. I’ll go with you guys. But no promises on the whole ‘no making out at school’.”
Teuktaenggu sighed. “Fine.”
Shindong smiled. “Mingsunny, Hyohyuk, and Yoonhae will come with me. And Mayuri-ah, Seowook-ah, and Kyuyoung-ah will go with Kibum-ah. Alright? We’ll meet up together for lunch in a few hours.”
Murmurs of agreements could be heard as the group split up and entered the school. The crowd dispersed, leaving the nine girls alone.
“Did you see that? The nerve of those girls, coming in here and trying to take over our school.”
“I can’t believe on of them is dating Hankyung oppa. So not fair.”
“Did you see how they just blew off our offer? Don’t they know how many people would’ve killed for that chance?”
“Yeah, I can’t believe they’d choose that fat guy over beautiful girls? And how the hell did he get the three hotties to help him?”
“I don’t know but we better watch our backs. If we’re not careful, these girls will take everything we’ve worked hard to get.”
“So here are the third level classrooms where you girls will be enjoying your classes. There are three classes before lunch and two after. Over here are elective classrooms which is always last period.”
“So what are the classes we have to take?”
“Math, Science, History, and some language class. We’ll get your schedules sorted out after our tour, okay?”
“Fine.” Heesica pouted and cuddled closer to Hankyung.
“So where you girls want to go first?” Shindong grinned.
The three girls looked at each other and smiled. “The Rec Center.”
Shindong laughed. “I knew it. You want to check out the dance space, huh?” The three nodded. “Alright, let’s go.”
“I took the trouble of getting your schedules for you girls so we can just go to the rooms you need to know.”
The girls took their schedules, looked at it, then Kibum.
He smiled. “Shall we go?”
“What do you mean we can’t be in the same class? Why not?”
The secretary looked apologetically at Heesica. “I’m sorry but your test scores –“
“I know my test scores are low but have you seen my grades? I’m good enough to be in their classes.”
“I’m sorry, miss but according to school rules –“
“Oh so because I’m a bad test taker, I’m being put in the lower class? Have you not read my teacher’s comments? I’m a good student but horrible test taker. I can handle the higher classes. I’m smart enough.”
“Yes but miss –“
“Is there a problem here?” The principal stepped out of his office and looked at the secretary with a group of students.
“Yes, sir. This young lady here wants to change her schedule and move to the higher classes but her test score are too low.”
“And what is your name, miss?”
“An Miss Kim, I’ve heard a lot about you. If you would, Miss Kim, please go to the classes you wish to attend and I’ll have the secretary here change your schedule and notify the teachers. Sorry for the trouble.” The principal smiled at the girls. “Now please go to your classes. I believe you have enough time to just make the last few minutes of your first class.”
Shindong glanced at his watch. “So are you girls done checking out the dance studio? We’re gonna be late for class and I haven’t even shown you the whole school yet.”
“Oh why are you worried? This tour is just for formalities.” Yoonhae peeked out from her hiding place.
“We already know where our classes are.” Hyohyuk glanced up at Shindong with a smile.
“Yeah, we printed them out and a map beforehand and memorized them. We’re all set.” Mingsunny got down from the bar. “So if you’re ready, just go to class. We’ll meet you there.”
Shindong frowned but shrugged. “Alright. See you girls there.” He looked at the three girls playing. “And I thought the dance studio would be bad. Never should have shown them the tumbling room.”
Shindong walked to class and stopped in the doorway, surprised to see Mingsunny, Hyohyuk, and Yoonhae already seated at their desks. They all smiled and waved as Shindong took his seat.
“You girls have any questions?”
“Nope, you showed us everything we needed to know.” Seowook beamed at Kibum.
“Thank you for the tour.” Mayuri smiled at Kibum, causing his heart to flutter a little.
“It was my pleasure. Shall we all head to class now?” The three girls nodded and followed Kbium to class. He held open the door for them and pulled out their chairs for them as well. He subtly lingered over Siwon for a moment before class began.
“Man, that was a grueling first day.”
“Hyuk, it’s only been 2 hours.”
“Yeah, but I can’t wait until it’s over or lunchtime.”
“Well you’re in luck since it’s lunchtime now.” Shindong smiled at the two. “Shall we go?”
“Lunch, ladies?” Kibum smiled at Mayuri then Seowook and Kyuyoung.
“Sure, know what’s good?”
“Nothing, but at least it’s edible.” Mayuri chuckled, making Kibum look at her briefly.
“Oh don’t worry, Kyu. You won’t have to eat that stuff. Did you forget I made lunch for us? Now, let’s hurry. I wanna get there before the unnis buy food.” Seowook smiled as she left the classroom to rush towards the cafeteria.
The cafeteria was loud and noisy as students sat down to eat and chat.
Seowook rushed in and looked around, trying to find a table big enough for them. She found one in the middle of the room but hesitated to go there. Something about it gave her a weird vibe.
“Wookie, wait up!!” Mingsunny came in, immediately followed by Hyohyuk, Yoonhae, Shindong, Kyuyoung, Mayuri, and Kibum.
“Why hello girls. Why are you just standing there? Let’s go sit down.” Heesica smiled as she walked up to them, carrying a tray of food and followed by Hankyung, Teuktaenggu, Kangpani, and Yesung.
Seowook pouted. “You bought lunch already, unni?”
“Oh no, this isn’t mine. It’s Hankyung’s. The boys insisted on buying us lunch but we declined since we knew, my dear Wookie, that you would’v’e made lunch for all of us. Now enough standing around. I’m getting hungry.” Heesica turned away and walked straight to the table in the middle and sat down.
There was a pause in the conversation before a bunch of heated whispers and murmurs began again.
“I wonder what that was all about.” Mingsunny looked at Seowook as the others sat down.
“Why do I have a bad feeling about this?”
“Uh excuse me, but what do you girls think you’re doing?” Everyone looked up to see Girls’ Generation, the nine girls from earlier, standing in front of them, radiating attitude.
“Don’t you know this is our table?”
Heesica stood up and smiled. “Oh I’m sorry. I didn’t know. There wasn’t a name on it. Is that who you girls are, nothing?”
There was a collective gasp from the surrounding students. No one had ever stood up to Girls’ Generation before.
“Are you really that stupid? Can’t even remember a conversation from two hours ago?”
“When it’s not important, yeah. Why remember something useless?” Heesica smirked at the girls.
“Oh course, so why don’t you remember this since it’ll be important to know if you ever cross us again? We’re Girls’ Generation. We rule this school and this is our table. Now move.”
The girls at the table looked at each other before shrugging and getting up.
“Oh, uh, Hankyung oppa, Yesung oppa, and Kibum oppa, you guys don’t have to move.” Seohyun smiled sweetly at the three guys, ignoring Shindong.
Kibum smiled at the nine girls. “I’m sorry but we already promised to sit with them. Now if you’ll excuse us…”
Kyuyoung smirked as she walked past. “Who knew displays of power were so important? Upset over a little table?” She gave a little laugh. “Shows you how insecure they are.”
“Yep, afraid of losing their precious power over the school.”
“Puh-lease, like we care about that stuff. School politics involve so much drama. Eww.”
“By the way, we left you girls a little present. Hope you like.” Yoonhae gave them a sweet smile before walking away and joining the others.
The nine girls look at each other and shrugged before sitting down and enjoying their lunch.
“Are those girls always like that?”
“Yeah, most of the guys adore them and the girls are too in awe or fear to challenge them.”
“So that means it’s up to us to teach them a lesson?”
“Only if they start something first. And no, that incident just now does not count.” Heesica pouted, disappointment written on her face.
“Cheer up, unni. With those attitudes, you’ll be able to teach them a lesson real soon.” Seowook smiled. “Now time to eat.” Seowook opened her bag and pulled out several bentos. She handed them out to each girl and set out the side dishes. Each lunch was prepared specially for each girl.
Seowook reached into her bag and pulled out several more bentos. “Uh, I made a few extra lunches for you, oppa, if you would like some.”
“Thank you, Seowook-ssi.” She smiled as she passed them out to the guys. She blushed a pretty pink when she reached Yesung. Her blush got brighter when her hand accidentally brushed his.
“Delicious as always.”
“Wow, Seowook-ssi, will you cook for me whenever I want?”
Seowook smiled at Shindong. “Sure, oppa.”
Yesung took a bite of his food. He stared at Seowook in amazement. “OMG, Seowook-ssi, this is amazing, absolutely delicious. Please cook for me. I’ll do anything you want.” Yesung got down on his knees in front of Seowoo.
Seowook flushed a bright red. “Uh oppa…I’d be happy to cook for you but you don’t – mmph”
Heesica grinned from behind Ryeowook. “Seowook would be happy to do it. She’ll let you know later what you can do for her in exchange, alright?”
Yesung nodded happily before returning to his seat and eating.
Heesica smiled at Seowook as she removed her hand. “Thank unni for the nice favor she did and then eat your food.”
“Uh thank you, unni.” Seowook smiled a little confusedly before finally eating her lunch.
Seowook and Kyuyoung wandered into their singing class to find Yesung already there, saving two seats for them.
“Hello Yesung oppa.”
“Hi Yesung oppa. Do you know what’s planned for today?”
“As it’s the first day, the teacher will want to see what kind of singing skills you have. It’ll take most of the class to get through everyone so be prepared to be listening a lot.”
Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun watched them from the corner of their eyes. They were thinking about approaching Seowook and Kyuyoung but the teacher walked in at that moment.
“Hello class. Shall we get started? I want to know your singing abilities so you all will be singing just a verse of this song.” The teacher got up and passed around the music. “I’ll give you a few moments to familiarize yourself with the song and then we’ll begin.”
One by one, each student stood up and sang the first verse in the song. The teacher would jot down notes during each performance and would nod to signal the beginning and end of each turn.
“Alright, I’ll decide on groupings for our quarterly music show. The list will be posted outside my office door tomorrow morning. You’re all dismissed.”
Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun stood up and quickly moved in front of Seowook and Kyuyoung, stopping them from leaving the classroom.
“Just so you two don’t get any funny ideas, we three are the best female singers in this class. Just remember that and we should get along fine in class. I can’t make promises for outside of class.” Taeyeon shrugged. “Seeing as you two are the younger ones, according to Seohyun, we thought we’d give you a fair warning. We don’t want to make your lives difficult but if you get in our way, it will. Trust me.”
“We’ve driven other girls to transfer schools either in another neighborhood, province, or country. All because they thought they could one-up us. You’ll find out we’re not so easy to beat. Tell that to the rest of your friends in case they get any funny ideas.”
Tiffany smiled before turning and walking away, followed by Seohyun and Taeyeon.
Seowook and Kyuyoung looked at each other and gave a small smile. They gathered their things and left to join their unnis.
“Hey you two, what took you so long?”
“Got held up by Her Royal Highnesses Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun.”
“So those three are in your class? Mayuri has Yuri, Sooyoung, and Yoona in her drama class. Yoonhae, Hyoyuk, and Mingsunny have Hyoyeon in their class.”
“So that means we don’t have a class with the other two, Sunny and Jessica. At least some of us are saved.”
“Not really since we’re just discussing electives, not regular classes.”
“Oh right. Can we finish this discussion at someone’s house? I wanna get out of this school. Too much negative energy.”
The nine girls walked out of school, heading towards Teuktaenggu’s house, which was closest.
Once they had settled themselves in the living room did Kyuyoung and Seowook revealed what Taeyeyon and Tiffany had told them.
“Wow…those girls sure have a major attitude problem.”
“Can we please bring them down? I talked to some girls earlier when they weren’t in the room and I got some mixed reactions of adoration and loathing. They’ve been ruling the school for a long time now, at least Taeyeon, Jessica, Tiffany, Yuri, Sunny, Hyoyeon, and Sooyoung have since they’re the oldest in their little group.”
“From what I gathered, they’ve had more than 30 different girls transfer in the past three years. They’ve been riding high on their thrones for a while now. I think it’s time we brought them down.”
“Should we thank Shindong later for asking us to transfer? I never realized the problem would be this bad.”
“We’ve been dealing with bitchy girls for the past few years now but none with as much attitude as these girls.”
“Do you think they got wind of us?”
“Oh don’t worry. No one gets any information on us that we don’t already know. Remember, Kyu keeps track of what information is available for circulation.” Teuktaenggu smiled at Kyuyoung who was already on her laptop.
“So what’s the plan?”
Teuktaenggu nodded at Kyuyoung who projected an image on the wall.
“Ooo…I like your style, Yoonhae. Good plan…and judge of character.”
“Thank you. I already began phase 1. Soon we’ll commence with phase 2.”
“Good, I can’t wait to see those queen bees crumble.”
The next morning, Girls’ Generation walked into school and paused in the lobby. A large crowd was surrounding the new nine girls who, they were a little surprised to see, dressed almost exactly like them.
They had on colorful skinny jeans and t-shirts cut in similar fashion as their own. And they were sitting on their bench they typically claimed before school.
The girls marched right up to the others and stood in front of them with their arms crossed.
“Excuse you but you’re in our spot.”
Taeyeon looked at Seowook and Kyuyoung. “Didn’t we warn you yesterday not to mess with us?”
Kyuyoung flipped her long brown hair over her shoulder. “Did you? I must have forgotten. It was such a pathetic threat made by an insecure person.”
“Trying to flaunt your power just goes to show how little power you really have.” Mingsunny smiled brightly at them.
Sunny gasped. “Who are you to try and say that to us? Do you not know who we are?”
“Yeah, yeah, yeah. You’re Girls’ Generation. You rule the school by making girls fear you and anyone that tries to challenge you gets transferred. Well I have news for you.” Hessica stood up and braced her hands on her hips. “We don’t scare easily and like the idea of a challenge. So bring your worse. You already look it.” She smirked as Girls’ Generation gasped.
“You’re gonna pay for that.”
“Oh, I look forward to it. And while that gets your panties in a bunch, I’ll just add to it.” Heesica walked over to Hankyung who had just walked into school, grabbed his collar, and kissed him full on the mouth.
Jessica’s mouth pressed into a hard line. “Come on, girls. There’s nothing of interest here.” The rest of Girls’ Generation followed Jessica down the hall to a classroom.
“Hello girls.” Shindong came walking up to them with a smile.
“Good day so far?”
Super Junior smiled. “Yep.”
“Good morning, Kim sunsaengnim.”
“I hope you’ve done your work as there will be a test today.” A few students groaned. “Oh, don’t be like that. It won’t be that difficult. Now let’s get started.”
Heesica smiled as she watched a note make it’s way through the rows of students towards her. She opened it up and smiled before tucking it away into her books.
Come lunchtime, Heesica waited until her friends arrived and everyone was settled with their boxed lunches before she pulled out the note again.
“Here’s something I thought all of you would like to read. Got it in class earlier. Just a little warning from the queen bees.”
Heesica caught Kyuyoung’s eye and nodded. Kyuyoung smiled and moved her chair back a bit.
Her chair leg stuck out and accidentally hit someone who tripped and spilled their lunch all over the floor.
“OMG, who did that?” Jessica looked around to see what had caused her to trip and spill her lunch.
Everyone seemed to shrink and stare at their lunch, fearful of Queen Jessica’s wrath.
She turned around and spotted Super Junior’s table. “You…! You’re the one who did this.” She stalked over to them and pointed a finger at Heesica.
“Sorry sweetie but you’re mistaken. You walked over there.” Heesica pointed to the opposite side of the table. “I’m over here. There’s no way I could’ve tripped you from this far away. I know my legs are long but they’re not that long.” Heesica smirked.
“You’re still at fault. Doesn’t matter which one but you’re all at fault.”
“You do realize this means war?” Seohyun smiled sweetly from her place behind Yuri.
Heesica smiled. “I’m looking forward to it.”
“But didn’t you already issue that challenge earlier? Seems a bit redundant unless you’re that forgetful.”
“We do not forget. We were trying to be nice and give you another chance but now…” Taeyeon shrugged her shoulders.
“Like I said earlier, we like the idea of a challenge. So bring your worst. And since you lost your lunch, I’ll give you some of mine.” Heesica took a piece of one of the side dishes and flung it at Jessica, staining her shirt.
“You BITCH!” Jessica flung herself at Heesica, only to be held back by Yuri and Hyoyeon.
“Jessica, you forget we don’t dirty our hands with violence.”
“But that bitch just ruined my shirt.”
“Just forget it.”
“Come on, we’ll get you changed.”
“The sooner, the better. We need to figure out a way to get rid of these girls.”
All of Girls’ Generation’s attempts were in vain. Their attempts at spreading rumors and ruining their reputation failed. They could never bring any harm to the girls since they always seemed to know when and what their plans were.
They went through a lot of pain though. Every day, at least one of them would get injured by a minor incident such as tripping or bumping into something. It was frustrating them to no end.
“Hey girls, I just got this note in my locker from them.”
“What’s it say?”
“It says that if we want this to end, we agree to a battle with them.”
“What kind of battle?”
“We get to decide. It’ll be one-on-one it says with all nine competing against each other. Whoever gets the most wins out of nine will be the official queens of the school.”
“Does it say who we get to compete against?”
“They made a suggestion but we don’t have to accept it you know.”
“Well what’s the list?”
“Taeyeon – Teuktaenggu, Jeesica – Hessica, Tiffany – Kangpani, Sunny – Mingsunny, Hyoyeon – Hyohyuk, Yoona – Yoonhae, Yuri – Mayuri, Seohyun – Seowook, Sooyoung – Kyuyoung.”
“I’m fine with that. What about everyone else?”
The other girls nodded.
“So we get to decide the battles?”
“Yep. Just fill it out here and then stick it in one of their lockers. They’ll get the message and arrange the rest of the details.”
“Uh no. We’ll write down the battles then take care of the rest of the details.”
“Sorry Sunny but as they issued the challenge to us, they have to set it up. It’s the rules, remember?”
“Oh right. One of the few rules we normally abide.”
“So let’s decide the battles then.”
Teuktaenggu smiled as she read the list. “Well, well, well…looks like our predictions were correct.” She looked over at Kyuyoung who smiled. “Is everything all set?”
“The announcement will be made tomorrow, don’t you worry.”
“I have the reply written right here. You might want to wait until after they receive this to make the announcement.”
Heesica sighed and shrugged her shoulders. “So I have to wait a day, fine. That just gives me extra time to pull out all the stops. This is gonna be one great battle, probably our best one yet.”
“Yep, come on girls. Let’s get going.”
“I got the reply.” Taeyeon walked into their private lounge and opened up the note.
“So what’s it say?”
“This Friday in the auditorium at 6. The students are gonna be voting on the winners. A scoreboard will keep track of how many wins.”
“Hmm…so they took care of everything?”
“I think so. There’s not much else in the note.”
“So then we better get practicing. Make sure our skills are up to snuff.”
“Oh come on, no one has ever beaten us in these categories.”
“True but we don’t want to lose our touch right? Now let’s go.”
“Is everything ready?”
“Just about. Have they arrived yet?”
“Yep and already settled in their dressing room.”
“Alright. Let’s do a final sweep and then let the students in.” Teuktaenggu smiled and walked over to the man sitting in the wings. “You ready, MC Shindong?”
“Yep. Been practicing so things should go smoothly.”
“Or as smoothly with those nine drama queens around.” Kibum smiled as he stepped out from backstage. “I think you should go get ready. It’s about to start.”
Teuktaenggu looked at the clock. “You’re right. Thanks for helping us out.”
“No problem. We’re actually enjoying this. Now go. We can handle everything from here.”
Teuktaenggu raced back towards the dressing room and quickly got ready.
“Hello everyone! Glad you could all come join us tonight. Hope you’re excited. We’ve got a great event planned tonight: a battle between Girls’ Generation and Super Junior.”
The students cheered and Shindong smiled.
“Here are the rules. We’ll have our contestants come out together or one by one depending on the battle. At the end of each round, using the buzzers in your seats, vote for the best. Your votes will be tallied and the winner declared on the big screen behind me. We’ll keep a running tally of the winner. Whoever wins the most battles will be declared the new queens of the school.”
The students cheered again.
“Now let’s get this battle started.”
“First up are Seohyun and Seowook, competing to see who looks the most innocent. Please welcome Seohyun and Seowook.”
Seohyun entered the stage from the left while Seowook entered the stage from the right. Both wore school uniforms in different styles.
“Alright, take a moment to decide and then vote.” Shindong looked at Kibum who nodded when everyone had voted. “Alright, let us ask our contestants to go backstage while we reveal the winner to the audience.”
Seohyun seemed a bit upset that she didn’t get to see who was declared the winner but Seowook didn’t mind and walked back to the dressing room. “You’re up next, Kangpani unni.”
“Now that the winner has been revealed, let us move on to our next battle. Tiffany and Kangpani will be competing to see who has the best smile.”
Tiffany and Kangpani entered the stage. “First Tiffany.” Tiffany smiled, showing off her eye-smile. “Next Kangpani.” Kangpani smiled brightly at everyone.
“Alright, now time to vote. If you didn’t catch it the first time, we’ll have our two lovely contestants smile again.” Both smiled again. “Thank you. Now please go backstage as we reveal the winner.”
“Next we have Sooyoung and Kyuyoung competing for the prettiest. First we’ll have Sooyoung come out as if she was on a runway.” Sooyoung walked out and did her model walk as she had practiced many times in front of her mirror.
“Next, we’ll have Kyuyoung.” Kyuyoung walked out as if the stage was her runway.”
“Thank you, girls. Please go backstage as we have the votes tallied.”
“And next are Sunny and Mingsunny competing in an aegyo battle. Please come out girls. Now Sunny will go first.” Sunny did her best aegyo. “Mingsunny.” Mingsunny did her best aegyo. “Alright, now will you two cute girls go backstage as we count the votes.”
“Next we have Yuri and Mayuri competing in a test of strength. For this competition, no votes will be necessary. Each girl will have a scale and one by one, we’ll add weights until they can’t carry anymore. Whoever can carry the most wins. If I can ask our ladies to come on stage and our helpers.”
Yuri entered with Hankyung while Mayuri entered with Kibum.
“Now if you’ll take your scales, ladies, our handsome helpers will begin adding the weights evenly.”
The audience watched as more and more weights were added. Soon Yuri could not take it anymore and conceded defeat.
“Good job, girls. Thank you so very much to our helpers, Hankyung and Kibum. Now for our next competition between Yoona and Yoonhae as the best actress. Each will recite the same monologue and you, the audience, will decide who was the better actress.”
“First up is Yoona.” Yoona came out and smile at the audience before taking a deep breath and reciting the monologue.
“And now Yoonhae.” Yoonhae came out, smiled, then recited the monologue.
“Thank you, ladies. Now please place your votes.”
“Next is a dance competition between Hyoyeon and Hyoyuk. These two will take turns dancing and you, the audience, will decide who is better. Please come out: Hyoyeon and Hyoyuk.”
Hyoyeon and Hyoyuk came out, smiling and waving at the audience.
“You two ready?” Both nodded at Shindong. “Music start!”
Hyoyeon and Hyoyuk took turns, showing off their dance skills. At the end, both were breathing heavily as they had put their all into it.
“Thank you, ladies. There’s water backstage for you. Now audience, it’s your turn to vote.”
“Next is a fashion contest between Jessica and Heesica. These two will come out in their most fashionable outfit and model them for you. Then you, the audience, will decide who is better. Now let us welcome Jessica and Heesica.”
Jessica and Heesica walked out, smiling and waving at everyone. They stood on stage and turned to let everyone see their outfits.
“Thank you, ladies.”
“Now to finish off this battle, we have Taeyeon and Teuktaenggu giving finals speeches. They will be competing for the most articulate so you, the audience, vote on the one you thought spoke the best. First we’ll have Taeyeon.”
Taeyeon came out and smiled. “Thank you all for coming out and joining us for this battle. I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. We appreciate you taking time out of your schedules to participate in this silly battle. Thank you so very much. Girls’ Generation love~!” She bowed and smiled.
“Thank you, Taeyeon, for a wonderful speech. Now Teuktaenggu.”
Teuktaenggu came out and smiled. “Thank you, Shindong, and thank you, everyone, for coming out to be a part of our silly competition. I hope you didn’t find it too boring and enjoyed yourself. We appreciate you helping us out by voting. Thank you all. This has been Super Junior’s Teuktaenggu. Thank you and love you all.” She smiled and blew everyone a kiss before bowing.
“Thank you, Teuktaenggu. Now everyone, please place your votes.”
“Would all the contestants please come back on stage?” The girls all filed onto the stage. “This has been an interesting competition and now it is time to reveal the winners.”
Shindong pointed to the screen behind him. “With seven wins to two wins, Super Junior wins!”
On the screen, only Seohyun and Tiffany won while Kyuyoung, Mingsunny, Mayuri, Yoonhae, Hyohyuk, Heesica, and Teuktaenggu won.
“And that means Super Junior are now the queens of the school. Thank you all for joining us. There are complimentary food and favors in the lobby. Thank you all for coming out.” Shindong bowed, followed by the girls.
The students stood up and filed out of the auditorium, leaving Girls’ Generation and Super Junior on the stage.
“- lost. That has never happened before.”
“But what can we do? It was the majority vote.”
“I-I never realized…do the other students really dislike us that much?”
“Well Seohyun and Tiffany were able to win but what about the rest of us?”
“Girls? Girls?” Girls’ Generation looked up to see Teuktaenggu and the rest of Super Junior smiling at them. “Maybe you should take this time to reflect on everything. Think over what you’ve done and such.”
“You’re all beautiful girls but with a slight attitude problem.”
“We’d hope you learned something from this competition.”
“Well yes we did but now we don’t know what to do with ourselves. We’ve been the queen bees for so long and now that it’s just gone like that, we’re not really sure what to do.”
Heesica smiled. “May I make a suggestion?”
Everyone stopped and stared as Girls’ Generation entered school.
The girls had gotten a makeover, courtesy of Heesica. Taeyeon had lightened her hair color, lengthened it, and gotten a perm. Jessica had gone blonde and added some extensions. Tiffany dyed her hair black and added extensions as well. Hyoyeon had gotten bangs and wore hers in a high ponytail. Yoona and Seohyon had permed their hair. Sunny had lost her bangs and tied her hair in a ponytail divided into multiple sections. Yuri’s hair was straightened. Sooyoung’s hair didn’t change much but was not in a side ponytail.
All nine girls were dressed in shorts with numbered t-shirts and cropped varsity jackets.
“May I introduce the new and improved Girls’ Generation, your new cheerleading squad?” Heesica smiled from where she stood with a megaphone.
Girls’ Generation stood and smiled, waving at everyone.
“Job well done, ladies.” Shindong smiled at Super Junior.
“No problem. Hopefully this should end the trouble.”
“But what about your new roles as queen bees?”
“Oh puh-lease like we really want to be queen bees. We’ll let the role die on it’s own.”
“Yeah we’ll be here for a while and get people to stop thinking about and worrying about queen bees. Hopefully we can stop future girls from getting a big head or our work would have been for naught.”
Everyone at the table laughed.
“Glad things worked out so well and don’t they look happy now?” Super Junior glanced over at Girls’ Generation who were happily laughing and talking to other people and not just amongst themselves.
Their new role as cheerleaders, along with an attitude change, helped the other students actually like and start to respect them instead of admire and fear.
“I think this was the best we’ve done. We were able to fix the worst queen bees we’ve encountered so far and culled two new romances.” Teuktaenggu smiled as she glanced at Kibum talking with Mayuri, his arm around her waist. Seowook was a few seats away feeding Yesung.
“All’s well that ends well right?”
“A toast. To Super Junior and Girls’ Generation.”
Everyone toasted each other and drank, smiling and laughing.
Super Junior Gee Names: (from Super Show 2)
Leeteuk – Teuktaenggu
Heechul – Heesica
Kangin – Kangpani (felt like spelling it with an ‘i’ instead of a ‘y’)
Sungmin – Mingsunny
Eunhyuk – Hyohyuk
Donghae – Yoonhae
Siwon – Mayuri
Ryeowook – Seowook
Kyuhyun – Kyuyoung
Didn’t realize it would be a pain to write out their Gee names O_O (I think Leeteuk’s was the most annoying) but wanted to use them so will quietly suffer the extra typing XD
for the fic, this is what I based their appearances on:
Super Junior as Girls’ Generation at Super Show 2
Girls’ Generation original look: Gee
Girl’s Generation makeover: Oh
A/N: I have no idea what the ending was O_O this feels like there’s a bit of crack in it but there really isn’t :T oh well…hope this was okay since was kinda just pulling stuff out and putting it together XD
as for the winners of each competition, I will admit my biases won through in a few cases but tried to base it off what I actually knew. (and for those based on looks and such, it was SNSD gee versus Suju gee (though I admit Kyuhyun’s cross-dressing on SNL might have influence his win since during Super Show 2 Gee, he had some unflattering angles XD)) Though Super Junior were suppose to win (for the sake of the fic) hope no one is too upset by this. Who would you have wanted to win?
