Pairing: Kyumin, Kangteuk, Hanchul, Yewook, Eunhae, Sibum, Zhoury
Word Count: 1656
Summary: 2 months after Kangteuk married, the next couple in the family marries – Kyumin (yes it’s bad summary XD)
“Yay! Finally I’m getting married!” Sungmin wandered around the room in a happy daze. Her excitement and happiness radiated off her in giant waves. All were affected including Heechul, who was a little upset that her dongsaeng was marrying before her but special circumstances arose that caused Sungmin to push up her wedding.
It’s been 2 months since Kangteuk got married. No one expected another wedding to happen for at least 4 months but when things happen, things happen.
Thank goodness, Sungmin was so organized. She would have no trouble changing her wedding plans to an earlier date. But she needed to get Heechul’s approval. It had been agreed upon that Heechul would marry before Sungmin. Heechul was a little reluctant at first but Hankyung placated her, saying that now she can have her perfect wedding. With this extra time, they can get everything she wants.
So with Heechul’s agreement, everything was planned. Sungmin’s wedding was pushed up. Everything was arranged with the florists, caterers, photographer, and minister. Everyone helped in any way they could. Leeteuk and Kangin actually cut their month long honeymoon short to come back and help.
Now after all their efforts, it was finally the day, the day of Sungmin and Kyuhyun’s wedding.
Sungmin was a perfectionist, even more so now that it’s her wedding day. “Is everything set up? In its place? Nothing missing?”
Ryeowook smiled. “Yes, everything’s set. Don’t worry, Sungmin. I watched as they set everything up. You don’t need any more stress on your wedding day. Today you should be floating on clouds, feeling pampered and happy. You got into college, you’re marrying the man you love, and you’ll be starting a family in a few months. Everything is perfect!”
“Yeah. You’re so lucky! Not many people can handle a life like the one you’re living, having a family while in college. You’re amazing.”
Sungmin blushed. “It’s not that amazing. I just have a lot of support from people I love.”
“So? Just the fact that so many people give you support shows how amazing a woman you are. Don’t be so modest.”
“Donghae’s right you know. You’re an amazing woman.”
“Kyuhyun!” Sungmin ran into Kyuhyun’s arms, giving him an enthusiastic kiss. “What are you doing here? You should be getting ready.”
“But I wanted to see my little bunny before the ceremony.”
Sungmin smiled. “You’re lucky I’m not dressed yet or you would’ve been in trouble. No seeing the bride in her wedding dress before the ceremony. It’s bad luck. I will not have any on my wedding day.”
Kyuhyun leaned down and gave her a kiss. “Bad luck has no effect on true love.” He smiled down at Sungmin’s blushing face.
“Kyuhyun…” He smiled and drew Sungmin back into his embrace. Before he could give her a kiss, Ryeowook pulled Sungmin away.
“No, no, no, you guys need to get ready. You only have an hour and a half to get ready now.”
Sungmin’s eyes widened. “What? An hour and a half? On no. Hurry, hurry, hurry.”
“Sorry Kyuhyun but you need to leave. You need to get ready too.” Leeteuk gently nudged him out the door and closed it after him.
Ryeowook, Heechul, and Leeteuk worked on Sungmin while the other girls quickly dressed. Henry, Kibum, and Donghae laid out the bridesmaids’ gowns.
“We’re going to check on the guys and see how they’re doing.”
“Are you guys ready?”
“We have our hair and make up done. We’ll get dressed afterwards. It won’t take long to check on the boys.”
“No, you guys better put your gowns on. Then you can check them.”
“Alright, Teukie unni.”
“Hey, where did you go, Kyuhyun?”
Kyuhyun smiled. “To see my bride.”
“Hey, you’re not allowed to do that.”
“Oh don’t worry. She wasn’t in her wedding dress yet so no bad luck.”
“Still, you shouldn’t do that. Do you know how girls are about their wedding day? Everything has to be perfect.”
“Yes, yes I know.”
“How were you able to get away with that? I would’ve thought one of the girls would’ve stopped you from going into the girls’ room.”
“No one was paying attention. They were all talking.”
“Oh, so does that mean I can go over and see them?”
“I’m sorry but that’s a no.” All the boys looked towards the open door to see Henry, Kibum, and Donghae standing there, arms crossed, looking very pretty in their pink bridesmaids’ gowns.
“HENRY!!!!” Zhoumi ran over and picked up Henry, crushing her in a giant hug and spinning her around.
“Zhoumi…put me down.”
“Zhoumi put her down. You’re going to ruin her hair and Heechul won’t be happy about that.”
Zhoumi pouted before placing Henry down, but not before he gave her a kiss.
“So what are you girls doing here?”
“Making sure you guys are dressed.”
“And it’s a good thing we came. None of you are dressed. If Ryeowook or Sungmin knew, they’d freak.”
“Well we would’ve been dressed if it weren’t for this guy,” pointing at Kyuhyun, “We wasted time looking for him when he was in your room this whole time.”
“Well, sorry but technically it’s not our fault. You guys should’ve kept a better eye on him. Now get dressed. We’ll be waiting outside.”
“We’ll know if you’re changing or not.”
“We’ll give you 10 minutes, for all of you.” Kibum smiled. “Have fun.” She laughed as she closed the door.
“Alright, you two stay here. I’ll go back and check on Sungmin. You keep an eye on those boys.”
“Hey, everyone. You look nice.” Donghae looked around. “Where’s Sungmin?”
“She’s getting dressed. She’ll be out in a bit. And not to brag or anything but she looks amazing all thanks to moi.”
The other three sighed. There was no changing Heechul.
Sungmin walked out of the dressing room, wearing her wedding dress. Her dress had a full skirt and was held up by two thin straps. Her makeup emphasized her eyes. Her hair fell in waves down her back, clipped back by two small diamond clips.
Leeteuk walked over and helped pin her veil on her head.
“You look beautiful.”
Henry opened the door and poked her head in. “You guys, it’s time. Oh, Sungmin, you looked so beautiful.”
“Thanks.” Sungmin smiled.
“I think so.”
“Checklist: something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.”
“Yes, yes, yes, yes.”
“Alright, then let’s go.”
Ryeowook walked out of the room first, followed by Leeteuk and Heechul. Sungmin came out last.
“Alright everyone. Places. The ceremony will be starting in 5 minutes. Line up.”
Everyone lined up, girls on one side, boys on the other. Ryeowook went down the line, giving each girl a small bouquet to hold down the aisle.
“Alright, let’s go.”
The music began playing and one by one, the couples walked down the aisle.
All eyes turned towards Sungmin as the wedding march began to play. Sungmin smiled as she began her walk down the aisle, towards Kyuhyun and her bright future.
Everyone was having fun after the wedding. Instead of a big wedding reception, Sungmin decided to have a small, intimate reception, just for her friends and family.
They were all relaxing, sitting at the table, talking, laughing, eating, and drinking.
“So when’s the next wedding?”
“Not for another couple months.”
“Yeah, there are still details I need to finalized. I’m so happy I have this extra time.”
“How would you feel if you got even more time to plan your wedding?”
Heechul turned and looked pointedly at Yesung who had spoken. “What are you talking about? More time? Why would I have more time unless –“ Her eyes narrowed. “Is there someone else getting married before me that I don’t know about?”
“No, no, there’s no one getting married before you, Heechul unni. Don’t listen to Yesung.” Ryeowook smiled sweetly at Heechul while under the table her foot found Yesung’s shin. Yesung made a little sound of pain but hushed under Ryeowook’s glare.
Of course, this didn’t escape the eldest’s eyes. “Is there something going on, you two?”
“What? Of course not. What are you trying to imply? I’m offended you would think something like that.” Tears came to Ryeowook’s eyes. She stood up abruptly and rushed out of the room.
Everyone stared after her then looked at Yesung. He said nothing, just stood up and followed her.
“What’s going on? What just happened? Did you just ruin my reception?” Tears came to Sungmin’s eyes. Kyuhyun rushed over to comfort her.
“No, no, no, sweetie. No one ruined your reception.” Heechul snorted. Leeteuk glared at her.
“Yes, someone did. And someone is going to tell me what’s going on.”
“That’s what we’d all like to know.”
“You guys want to spy on them?”
Everyone turned shocked eyes towards Henry who was smiling innocently from her seat on Zhoumi’s lap.
“Ryeowook, what’s wrong? Why can’t I say anything?”
“No, I don’t want Heechul unni to push back her wedding again. She wants to get married so bad. She already had to push it back because of Sungmin being pregnant. I don’t want to have her push it back for the same reason again. She deserves to get married next. Not me.”
“But what about us? What about the baby? Are you going to give birth out of wedlock?”
Ryeowook’s eyes widened. “How can you say such a thing to me? How dare you. I hate you.”
Tears fell from Ryeowook’s eyes as she ran away from Yesung towards the parking lot. She got into her car and drove away, leaving Yesung standing there like an guilty idiot.
“WHAT?!?!?! RYEOWOOK’S PREGNANT!?!?!?!”
Yesung turned around and looked at everyone gathered around the door. “I don’t want to talk about it right now.”
“At least give us an answer.”
Yesung sighed. “Alright. Yes, yes she is pregnant.”
A/N: so here’s another extra to my multi-chaptered fic Girls vs. Boys. It’s long overdue, I’m not even sure if there are people who would want this but I’m writing it. And will probably do the other couples as well (I feel it would be incomplete/unfair to all the others XD)
Okay so I guess I’m writing Yewook next :D I need to write some Yewook I think. Been doing mainly Eunhae and Kyumin for a while…be a nice change to write my OTP lol
